I personally use this system and love it, as I have very little time on my hands. This is a way for me to get the most out of my body, and not feel guilty as i did before about not being in shape which can have a very negative affect on your personality. I personally felt ugly and to feel like that about yourself is not right. But now i am s! o positive in all aspects of life.
