3 Easy Tips for a Great Pecs Workout

Have you ever wanted to get some of those defined pecs Brad Pitt sported in fight club? Well here s a few simple and easy tips to help you reach your goal - How to get FINE looking pecs. What you SHOULD know about the incline dumbbell press and HOW to make the push up more effective.

The Incline Dumbbell Press - with a twist!

Use an incline bench set to less than 30 degrees and hold the dumbbells with your arms out above you and with the palms of your hands facing one another. Lower your arms out to the sides and while doing so rotate your hands so that the thumbs end up pointed towards the ceiling. Raise both arms back to their starting position above yourself and repeat the same movement again.

Decline Push-ups

For this you will need a low bench. Get into a position so that your shins are resting on the bench, with your feet over the back edge, and with your body facing down towards the floor supporting yourself with your arms. Execute the push up making sure that your back remains as straight as possible.

Exercise Ball Push-ups

For this exercise you will need an exercise ball. Position your body into the regular push up position with your hands holding onto the ball. Lower your upper body down towards the ball and then push back up again. Repeat the manoeuvre.

The exercises, completed regularly and combined with a good diet should have you developing great looking pecs within a few months.
