Six Pack Abs - 5 Steps to Success

Six pack abs say a lot about a person:

  1. They have their act together.
  2. They can accomplish anything.
  3. They know how to make a commitment.
  4. They have the discipline to finish what they start.
  5. They know what they want and how to get it.

How many losers do you know who have six pack abs?

So without further ado, let me give you 5 tips to becoming a 'winner', a person of those 5 points. Here are 5 steps:

  1. Not everyone is born the same. An effective routine is only part of the journey to six pack abs. Depending on your body type you might have to work harder. And don't tell me this isn't fair. Brad Pitt does not have what one would consider a good body type, yet he is often the envy of men everywhere for his ripped body, just go watch Fight Club or Troy.
  2. Food isn't all good. A low-fat diet is the second most important factor in achieving six pack abs. You want to eat food that is hi! gh in protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables while avoiding eating fatty and processed foods. Working on your abs for hours every day will be useless if you don't follow a proper diet and perform sufficient cardio to shed fat on your stomach. There's no point in having solid abs if they're hidden under a layer of blubber.
  3. You need a plan. You six pack abs workout should be carried out at least twice a week. You will get nowhere unless you if you aren't consistent; no one ever got anywhere by being lazy. You should change your routine every approximately every 8 weeks because the targeted muscles will gradually get used to the movement and it will no longer be effective.
  4. Avoid alcohol. Do I need to explain this? Ever heard of a beer-gut?
  5. Resistance exercises. No one tries to get a big chest with 50+ reps of bench presses with an empty bar so why do so many people try to get six pack abs with 50+ reps of crunches? A good num! ber to aim for is 10 - 15 reps per set. To increase resistance! at a gi ven exercise, pause in the contracted position and by performing the reps in a slow and controlled motion.

So get out there, smash through your procrastination and get those six pack abs!

There are no excuses and no reason why you cannot do this. In the end it's up to you to succeed and go for what you want.
