How to Build a Six Pack - Learn the Best Way to Get a Six Pack

Great diets and workout plans can be easily found, but unless you have the proper motivation and the drive to stick to those plans, you will see no results. There is no exact science behind getting a nice looking mid-section, but there are three things that you MUST have if you want to be successful: a good diet, a good workout plan, and dedication.

A Good Diet

The simple fact is that EVERYONE has a six pack, and yes that means YOU too. But the problem is that most people cannot see it because it is covered by fat. The higher your RMR, the more fat you will burn throughout the day, even when you are sleeping. Combining interval training and weight training will greatly increase your fat loss and even cause you to gain muscle.

Dedication

A lack of dedication is the main reason why people fail at getting a six pack. I certainly do.

This site also contains a FREE guide that contains some great information about nutrition and training. You should be eating about 4-5 meals a day (1 meal every 3 hours). So in order to see your abs, you have to burn fat and no one can burn fat without a good diet. This keeps your metabolism at high speed all day long and gives your body enough time to digest the food from the previous meal. Sadly, for most of these guys, the only time they will ever have a six pack, is in their dreams. An example of this would be sprinting for 30 seconds, then walking for a minute. The best way to burn fat is to calculate how many calories you eat in a day. You will also want to have a pretty good balance between proteins, carbs, and fats in each meal. This type of cardio also raises your RMR, unlike low intensity cardio (steady jogging). Your body needs all of these to be healthy. Once you find this number, subtract 500 from i! t and eat that many calories each day. This could not be furt! her from the truth. Weight lifting increases the size of your muscles and the more muscle you have, the higher your resting metabolic rate (RMR) will be. The food you eat has to be at least remotely healthy, or you wont lose anything.

A Good Workout Plan

Most people think that they can just do ab exercises every day and eventually that six pack will show. This is not what most people want to hear and is the exact reason why they will never have those washboard abs. Getting a set of abs can be one of the hardest things in the world to do, simply because most people just don't know how to get them. The best way to do cardio is with interval training. So many people are just looking for a quick fix, or believe that the next big ab machine will solve all of their problems. So in order to burn the fat from your stomach, there are two very important things that must be included in your workouts: weight lifting and cardio. Just think about how amazing you will feel when! you look in the mirror and see those ripped, defined abs staring back at you. Do you think that all this work is worth it?

Every guy who has ever stepped foot in a gym has dreamed of getting those ripped, six pack abs. This is your maintenance calorie intake. There is nothing in life worth getting that doesn't require hard work, if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.

Sadly, most people will read this article, and never implement any of these tactics. Ab exercises do NOTHING to burn the fat on your stomach, they only build your ab muscles. They will just move on and look for the next big breakthrough in ab workouts because they want the easy way out. But when it comes to building six pack abs, there is NO easy way out. Now, this does not mean that you can eat 4 big macs a day and expect to lose weight. So if you were eating 2500 calories a day, you would now be eating 2000. Repeat this process for 20 minutes. Cardio is also very important to bu! ilding a six pack, but most people don't do it correctly. The! only wa y to see your abs is to get your body fat percentage down to about 8%. The truth is, getting a six pack requires very hard work and is not an easy task by any means.
